Quote requests and order details are stored privately and sent to sales@karemwoodcraft.com.au for the team to respond.

What the form stores

Your name, email, optional phone, postcode, panel preferences, project notes, consent and the date of submission are stored with a request reference. These details are intended to support responding to your quote enquiry. Avoid entering sensitive personal information.

Cart and checkout

Your cart stores shutter dimensions, timber preferences and quantities in this browser’s local storage. Contact details are not stored in the browser cart. Checkout and freight enquiries save your contact details, order items, delivery preference and notes privately on the website server.

When Stripe payments are enabled, the server sends your email and order details to Stripe to create a hosted checkout. Card details are entered directly on Stripe. The website stores the payment-session reference and verified payment status, not card details. Card payments are handled through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout.

Where the information goes

Requests are saved as private server files outside the public website directory. Enquiry notifications use the workshop’s Panthur hosting mail service and are sent to sales@karemwoodcraft.com.au. There are no advertising or analytics integrations. The cart uses local browser storage. Stripe handles card payments.
